How can I apply for a building permit?

The City is accepting and issuing all Building Permit application types. An issued permit does not permit construction in violation of the County Health Order. Violations of the County Health Order will be reported to the Concord Police Department. See the County Executive Summary and Concord Permit Center and Inspection Services March 31, 2020 Update to further clarify which construction project types are allowed under the Order. Permit staff can be reached M-F, 8-3 at or 925-671-3107. For applications, forms, and other permit information visit here.
