Concord residents can get free tickets to Counting Crows concert

The Concord Pavilion has announced a free ticket give-away for Concord residents. As one of the benefits of the contract between Live Nation and the City of Concord, a limited number of free tickets to the Counting Crows concert on Sunday, Sept. 20 will be available on a first-come, first-served bases on Friday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

To participate, residents must bring a utility bill and driver's license (or other government-issued ID) with matching addresses to the Pavilion box office. The box office is located at the entrance to the facility at 2000 Kirker Pass Road.

September 18 is also Concord resident presale day for the May 19, 2016 Janet Jackson show. There is no service charge on tickets purchased at the box office.
