About the Concord Police Department

   Mon - Fri: 8 am to 8 pm, Sat: 10 am to 2 pm, Sun: Closed.

Located at the corner of Galindo and Laguna Streets, the PD Headquarters is a "state of the art" police facility designed to enhance the Concord Police Department's Community Oriented Policing efforts.

Although the police department is open for emergencies 24 hours a day, certain business functions are available to the public during core hours. Please visit the Community Service Desk page for more information.

Community Service Desk (Headquarters Front Lobby)

Open Monday through Friday, 8 am - 8 pm, and Saturdays 10 am to 2pm, Closed on Sundays and City holidays and furlough days.

Services offered at the Community Service Desk include police reports by phone, bicycle registration, fingerprinting / Livescan, merchant reports, and the availability of community meeting rooms.

Records Bureau

Open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

In addition to collecting fees for the Police Department for a variety of programs, the Records Bureau releases records information to the public including police reports and clearance letters.
